MEANTIME

Privacy Policy

Last updated: September 2026

MEANTIME ("we", "us") runs this website to gather interest in our first retreat. This policy explains what we collect, why, and the choices you have.

What we collect

  • Join the list form: your first name, last name and email address.
  • The MEANTIME Fit questionnaire: your answers — the sports you're into, how often you train, your experience with sport, activities you'd enjoy, what you're looking for, what makes a good getaway, group and companion preferences, where you're based, your running preference and comfortable running and cycling distances (if you run), whether you need transport, your price expectation and available weekends, your interest in booking, and anything else you choose to tell us. Earlier questionnaire responses may also include height and helmet size. Answers are linked to the email you used to join the list.
  • Basic usage events: anonymous page interactions (for example, starting or completing the questionnaire) to understand how the site is used.
  • Messages you send us: if you get in touch by email or WhatsApp, your contact details and the content of your message.

Why we collect it

  • To contact you about MEANTIME and the first retreat.
  • To understand whether the retreat is a good fit for you and to shape the group, programme and pricing.

We only contact you if you've ticked the consent box.

How long we keep it

We keep your details until the first retreat has taken place and for up to 12 months afterwards so we can tell you about future editions, unless you ask us to delete them sooner.

Sharing

We do not sell your data and we do not share it with third parties for their own purposes. It is stored securely with our hosting provider, who processes it only on our behalf.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete your data, or withdraw your consent, at any time. Just email hello@meantime.fit and we'll act on it promptly.
